McDonald's former CEO exchanged sexually explicit photos and videos with 3 coworkers via his company email, a new lawsuit from the fast-food giant claims

McDonald's filed a lawsuit on Monday against its former CEO, Steve Easterbrook, for conducting sexual relationships with three employees and lying about it while under investigation.
McDonald's says that Easterbrook used his company email account to exchange and then delete emails containing "dozens of nude, partially nude, or sexually explicit photographs and videos of various women."
The lawsuit also states that Easterbrook granted one employee hundreds of thousands in restricted stock after two sexual encounters.

McDonald's says it's suing Stephen Easterbrook, the CEO it ousted last year over an inappropriate relationship with an employee, alleging Monday that he covered up relationships with other employees and destroyed evidence.
Easterbrook, according to a lawsuit, approved a special grant of restricted stock, worth hundreds of thousands of dollars to one of those employees.
The company now wants to reclaim hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation paid to Easterbrook on his departure.

McDonald's says it's suing Stephen Easterbrook, the CEO it ousted last year over an inappropriate relationship with an employee, alleging Monday that he covered up relationships with three other employees and destroyed evidence.
