Pyongyang has said it's organizing a search to recover the body of a South Korean official, killed by North Korean troops and demanded Seoul withdraw its warships from the area, warning a flare-up can lead to another “incident.”
In a statement, carried by North Korea's state agency, KCNA, on Saturday, the reclusive nation accused Seoul of sending a flotilla of warships in “an action presumed to be a search operation” to locate the body of the South Korean fisheries official, shot and killed by the North Korean troops earlier this week.
