New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has finally followed through on a long-standing promise to legalize pot - or at least decriminalize it. Or did he? State residents have been promised a lot more than what they're getting.
Murphy announced on Monday he had signed legislation that would launch a recreational marijuana marketplace and finally legalize the drug's use by adults , fulfilling a promise he made three years ago.
