House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has named the House Democrats who will serve as impeachment managers - or prosecutors outlining the case - in the Senate trial of President Donald Trump.
Following Pelosi's announcement, there will be a vote in the House to send the articles of impeachment - charging Trump with abuse of power and obstruction of Congress - to the Senate, and the managers will ceremonially walk the two articles to the other side of the Congress building.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will announce House impeachment managers for President Donald Trump's Senate impeachment trial Wednesday morning.
The managers are expected to include House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff and House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler.
The representatives will act as prosecutors by presenting the case against Trump, which includes allegations that he attempted to leverage nearly $400 million in military aid and a White House meeting to pressure the Ukrainian president to investigate his political rivals.
