ST. CLOUD, Minn. - Police in St. Cloud are asking the public to avoid the scene of a standoff Tuesday morning.
The city's police department said its officers and the Violent Offender Task Force were executing a search warrant on the 2700 block of 16th Street South.
Police said the suspect, a man, was inside an apartment and uncooperative. Authorities have established a perimeter.
Oak Grove Road and Goettens Way are closed due to the incident.
