Mohonasen falls to Ardsley in Class A boys' basketball semifinal

The most successful boys' basketball state playoff run in Mohonasen school history came to end Saturday morning in Binghamton. The Mighty Warriors fought hard before dropping a 61-56 decision against Section I champion Ardsley at the Floyd L. Maines Arena in Binghamton. Junior guard Duncan Tallman, an all-tournament selection, poured in 11 of his team-high 16 points in the opening quarter as Mohonasen led 18-12.
