New vet practice wants to open in Selkirk

Two local veterinarians are merging their practices and plan on opening a new facility in Selkirk.
Kristin Penno and Christopher Ryan Penno of Berne are planning on building a new 9,900 square-foot barn-style small animal and horse clinic on Elm Avenue in Sekirk on property that used to be a farm. The two currently run Alternative Veterinary Therapies and Equine Clinic at Oakencroft and together employ about 30 people.
