Kraft lawyers blast as ‘nonsense' language suggesting possible felony in Orchids of Asia case

Lawyer's for Patriots owner Robert Kraft, are blasting as ‘nonsense' language in a brief filed by Florida prosecutors that suggests allegations in a massage parlor sting operation could be considered a felony.
“The Legislature has determined that Solicitation of Prostitution may itself constitute a felony in some circumstances,” wrote Florida Deputy Solicitor General Jeffrey DeSousa in a brief filed late last week.
Alex Spiro, counsel for Kraft, said prosecutors have not threatened Kraft with a felony charge.
“I think it's nonsense,” Spiro said of the felony offense rhetoric.
