Former BC High standout point guard Travis Evee has a new home.
Evee, a 2018 Boston Herald All-Scholastic, announced on Wednesday afternoon that he was transferring to Rice University after spending his freshman season at Virginia Military Institute.
A 1,000-point scorer during his high school career, Evee raised eyebrows this winter scoring 20-plus points on seven separate occasions while leading all Southern Conference freshman in scoring at 12.1 points per game clip.
