A total of 482 staff and students in Massachusetts schools have tested positive for the coronavirus in the past week, down from 652 cases last week, according to data from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
The weekly report posted on Thursdays shows 276 students and 206 staff tested positive for the coronavirus from Nov. 19 to Nov. 25, according to DESE.
This week's tally represents a decrease of 170 cases from last week's count of 652 cases.
