Oliver Ames tops Canton in Challenge Cup

CANTON - Oliver Ames' young club was learning how to get into the win column when it tied its first four contests of this season.
That isn't an issue for the Tigers now, who earned more hardware Thursday.
Two days after capturing the Hockomock League Cup title, OA turned in a strong all-around performance to take down Canton on the road, 3-1, in the league's Challenge Cup bout.
“We peaked at the right time,” said OA coach Britt Sellmayer. “I'm very proud of the girls and how they played toward the end of the year.”
