Red Sox camp observations: Fenway Park pumps in fake crowd noise, Jonathan Lucroy impresses

There were some kinks to be worked out and some improvements to be made, but the Red Sox viewed their first attempt at piping in fake crowd noise at Fenway Park on Friday as a success.
After playing their first intrasquad game Thursday in an empty and silent Fenway, the Red Sox debuted their try at crowd noise over the stadium speakers in Friday's scrimmage, emulating other sports leagues returning across the world in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
