Second man arrested in deadly July 4 shooting

Boston police have arrested a second suspect in connection to the murder of a man in Dorchester on the Fourth of July. Police said 27-year-old Travis Phillips of Dorchester was located and arrested at about 11:15 a.m. in the South End today on a warrant in connection to the death 36-year-old Deondra Lee. Lee was shot in the area of Brookford and Dacia streets at about 9:50 p.m. on July 4, police said. He was transported to Boston Medical Center for multiple gunshot wounds, where he was later pronounced dead.
