Judge blocks Trump TikTok ban following legal challenge

Judge Wendy Beetlestone said the risk presented by the government wasn't enough to outweigh public interest in halting the move.

A federal judge has preliminarily blocked the Trump administration's ban on TikTok, which has been scheduled to take effect Nov. 12.
