It was a close fight in the UFC 224 co-main event, but Kelvin Gastelum topped Ronaldo Souza this past Saturday night.
Gastelum took a split decision from Souza at Jeunesse Arena in Rio de Janeiro in a back-and-forth fight. Gastelum was the No. 8 middleweight in our rankings going in, and Souza was No. 5.
So what did Gastelum's crucial win mean in the USA TODAY Sports/MMAjunkie rankings?
