Demócratas Klobuchar y Steyer no saben nombre de AMLO

Los precandidatos presidenciales demócratas Amy Klobuchar y Tom Steyer se quedaron desconcertados cuando les pidieron en una entrevista televisada en Nevada que nombraran al mandatario mexicano.
A Klobuchar, Steyer y a Pete Buttigieg, otro precandidato demócrata para los comicios de 2020, les preguntaron durante entrevistas personales con la estación hispanoparlante Telemundo el jueves por la noche si sabían el nombre del presidente cuyo país colinda con Estados Unidos. Es Andrés Manuel López Obrador, que asumió el puesto en diciembre de 2018.
“No”, fue la respuesta de Klobuchar, senadora de Minnesota durante tres periodos.
Steyer, un empresario millonario, respondió: “Lo olvidé”.
Buttigieg, exalcalde de South Bend, Indiana, fue el único de los tres que sabía la respuesta. “López Obrador, espero”, dijo con una sonrisa.
