Biden plans to nominate an anti-abortion lawyer to a Kentucky federal judiciary position, per a local report.
Last week Biden said he would fight for abortion rights in light of the Roe v. Wade overturn.
A Kentucky Democrat said the move appears to be part of a deal with Mitch McConnell.
