Gov. Charlie Baker has a big target on his back, and it's far from certain whether he'll even stick around to face his critics.
Baker lost another key staffer on Tuesday - his communications director - the second high-level departure from the Corner Office in the last month. This has led to more speculation about whether Baker will opt out of a third-term campaign.
