DANA POINT, Calif. - Ronna McDaniel will serve a rare fourth term as chair of the Republican National Committee, emerging victorious in a contentious bid for reelection. McDaniel on Friday defeated her main challenger, the RNC's California national committeewoman Harmeet Dhillon, by a vote of 111 committee members to 51.
