Right about this time every winter, people start giving up - and I mean completely giving up - on their New Year's resolutions. Maybe yours was to work out more, or to get better sleep. Do more charity work? Lose weight? Or eat more healthy foods - or eat more local foods. To recycle more? Maybe drink less caffeine, or just drink less in general? Or to be, you know, just better in general?
