RMV employees aware of failures ‘adds to frustration,' lawmaker says

RMV employees acknowledged a long practice of ignoring important out-of-state license suspension notifications in a 2011 email - a revelation that compounds “frustration” with the agency's deadly failures, a lawmaker leading an investigation into the registry said.
