WASHINGTON - President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he's considering delivering his Republican convention acceptance speech from the White House in a move that would mark an unprecedented use of public property for partisan political purposes.
Trump also called for the first formal presidential debate, scheduled for Sept. 29, to be moved up on the calendar because early voting will have already begun in some states.

President Donald Trump on Wednesday confirmed reports that he is considering accepting the Republican Party's 2020 presidential nomination in a nationally televised address delivered from the White House.
