Editorial: Elizabeth Warren should target high college costs

Elizabeth Warren knows who's to blame for high prices - the people charging them.
Our Democratic senator has such disdain for sticker shock that she and fellow Democrats Sen. Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin and Rep. Jan Schakowsy of Illinois introduced the Price Gouging Prevention Act of 2022 in the spring. It calls for the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general to enforce a ban against “unconscionably excessive price increases, regardless of a seller's position in a supply chain,” according to her office.
So where's her outrage over the exorbitant cost of college tuition?
