NFL official explains why Patriots TE Hunter Henry had touchdown overturned at Minnesota

After the Patriots' 33-26 loss at Minnesota on Thanksgiving night, NFL Senior Vice President of Officiating Walt Anderson explained why tight end Hunter Henry's apparent touchdown in the third quarter was overturned upon further review.
In an interview with Patriots pool reporter Mike Reiss, Anderson claimed that Henry lost control of the ball while it was in his hands.

Patriots TE Hunter Henry on overturned touchdown: ‘I believe I caught it'

Midway through the third quarter of Thursday's 33-26 loss at Minnesota, Patriots tight end Hunter Henry lost a 6-yard touchdown to a controversial overturn.
Running an out route left along the goal line, Henry snagged a pass from quarterback Mac Jones and extended the ball into the end zone. As he fell to the turf with his arms outstretched, the bottom of the ball hit the ground with one hand underneath it and momentarily spun in his loosened grip while Henry rolled on his back.
