A Worcester man has been ripping off other people's credit cards to buy more than $100,000 in Commuter Rail passes and then flipping the MBTA tickets for cash, the feds say.
Kokou Kuakumensah, 31, is charged with four counts of wire fraud and four counts of aggravated identity theft.
Kuakumensah has a history of grifting, according to court records: He was charged in Eastern Kentucky in 2012 with illegally using four different credit card numbers.
