TROY - Some of the best athletes in Section II pour their focus into one sport. Taconic Hills junior star Neil Howard does not subscribe to that philosophy. To those that know him, they often wonder what sport does Howard not partake in?
Sunday at the Section II indoor track state qualifier at Hudson Valley Community College, Howard competed in both the pole vault and long jump. He also is a starter for the boys' basketball team.
