Sacramento officer volunteers to help peers through support unit

A Sacramento police officer said volunteering with the Peer Support Unit is a way for him to check-in on his co-workers. Nick Knoblock said people are more likely to open up to people they trust. Knoblock also plays in a band, which gives him the opportunity to escape and check in on himself.
