Investors are buying more, paying less as resi purchases bounce back

Wall Street's residential real estate purchases appear to be back up to speed. A RealtyTrac report shows investors aren't only buying on the higher end of their traditional market share, but also paying less. The RealtyTrac Investor Purchase Report found investors were responsible for 15.4 percent of home purchases during the second quarter, a 34% jump from the same period last year.
