SL Green's One Madison inks for 56K sf for first tenant

SL Green has locked in its first tenant at One Madison Avenue, setting the stage for the next stage of the company's 1.4 million-square-foot office development. The office landlord announced Wednesday that Chelsea Piers Fitness signed a 20-year lease to occupy portions of the building's first two levels, in addition to two basement floors.
